Parent Orientation Checklist

Below is our family orientation list. We will review this list with you prior to your child(ren)’s first day. If you have any questions, please ask.

• Signed application
• Email / Text communication
• Classroom assignment
• Front/middle/rear door access codes.
• Teacher and staff introductions.
• Morning drop off and afternoon pick up routine.
• Lunch program and routine (containers for lunch).
• Review of policies 
• Illness policy 
• Introduction to parent's statement.
• Discipline policy
• Financial responsibility
• Expulsion policy
• MomentPath and app for communication.
• WatchMeGrow camera system (mandatory for infants).
• Universal Health Record and immunizations (update regularly).
• Exit button - only for use by parents and guardians.

Infant Room

Items Needed to Get Started

5 Sets of Seasonal Change of Clothes (please ensure clothes are updated frequently to keep up with baby’s growth).

(Please place clothes inside of a labeled ziploc-type bag).

2 Sets of standard size crib sheets.

Bibs for eating and teething.

Diapers / Wipes / Ointments

Food (jars, milk) (please ensure properly labeled).

Child’s Schedule (include napping schedule) - UPDATED AS NEEDED

Please make sure all items are labeled with your child’s name.

Bottles AND bottle tops must be labeled.

Please also keep in mind that each feeding requires a new bottle.
